AWOL

Sorry to be away for so long.  Unfortunately, my computer was stolen and it took some doing to get all systems operational again.  With no vacancies, I left this site on hold longer than I should have.

The 2/1 in the Miller neighborhood sustained some storm damage and otherwise needs a little work so it will be delayed, most likely until September 1st.  If that time changes, I'll post it here first.  Otherwise, still no vacancies which is nice for us but a little tough on folks looking for their next home.

Hope everyone is having a terrific summer.  There is a wonderful water park in our area at 16th and Meridian - I love to see the families and kids playing there!

No Vacancies

The 3/1 in Musgrave/Pennington is rented so no vacancies at this time.  We are waiting for details on the 2/1 in the Miller neighborhood.  Right now we're working on drywall at our home.  It makes quite a  mess...

It's been an interesting time in Oklahoma City.  I was saying to someone on Friday that it feels like a boom town right now.  We are meeting a ton of out-of-town people who are coming here for work and every corner seems to have building going on.  What a great time to be here and welcome to all!

Update on 3/1 Opening this weekend

It was a simply beautiful day and I met lots of nice people.  Now it's a question of processing the applications and seeing if we have a good match.  Until then, we won't be scheduling any showings.

It does look like that 2/1 I've been mentioning will be available soon.

This is a terrific house in a really nice neighborhood

the kitchen has been updated and includes a glass top stove, stainless steel sinks and track lighting...

the second living area is a great room and it is grrrreeeat! with a large brick fireplace and lots of room...

The master bedroom is next door and features lots and lots of built ins, carpet, and a contemporary color scheme.

Additionally, there is brand new AC, an attached garage, inside laundry and a fenced yard.

Well I don't know when they did it but ONG clearly put in a new gas line and we're ready to go from that standpoint so looks like OPEN HOUSE ON SUNDAY!  I still need to paint a bedroom

... or at least peel some stickers :-) and there's exterior painting being done but it looks like we're going to be ready to show it in a couple of days.
