Time Passes...

I looked at the site and realized that we're overdue for an update... Still just the one vacancy pending, the 3/2 near Independence and 30th.

We are having fun updating our little 2/1 with both interior and exterior work. Here you can see the unbelievable difference that simply adding shutters and tightening up the windows made...

We are in the middle of modifying the front porch, removing a wall and installing a custom wrought iron post that is going to dress the front up really nicely, will share pictures once that project is completed in the next few days.
