We are now processing applications for the 2 bed near Drexel, however, I will have one more 2 bed coming on-line shortly - this is near Independence and 26th, the house is being prepped and cleaned right now so you can contact me via email if you are interested.

The kitchen has an electric range and inside laundry hook-ups.

The second bedroom has the original hardwood floors and a ceiling fan.

There are mini-blinds throughout, CHA, a large fenced yard and attached garage.

Bethany House is Rented - More Coming...

The three-bed in Bethany is currently rented.  

I expect to have another 2/1 showing this upcoming weekend, you can see an introductory photo below... This is another house with a great kitchen, it has newer laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining and of course, central heat and air.  

I'm currently traveling on business but will get more info here when I'm back in the office and ready to show.
