Pending Vacancies

Currently, it looks like we will have two vacancies in September... a 2/1 near 16th and Drexel on or near September 1st, and the aforementioned 3/1.5 in Bethany which should be ready shortly thereafter.

As we will not publicly post specific information until the tenants complete their moves, feel free to contact us privately through the website if you would like additional information.

Pictures of the new property

In the better late than never category, I'm finally putting up some pictures of the latest property.  This is a three bed home in Bethany with great master suite, two full baths and a nice open floor plan kitchen/dining/living area. As usual, the minute we closed, I jumped in with updates and completely forgot to get pictures up here... but I'm correcting that oversight right now.

This is the exterior front, the home is at the end of a quiet cul de sac and has shade in both front and the back.  That has been greatly appreciated in this heat.

One of the first things that needed done was to put in a new front door, with a matching lock and deadbolt.  At the same time, the other doors got new knobs and keys as well so now the property is mastered. I really liked the leaded look in the door transom window.

Next up is to replace the old linoleum tile with ceramic.  Getting the old stuff up was quite a challenge but fortunately, Dennis did almost all of the heavy scraping.  I'm on a first-name basis now with the lot guys at the store as they helped me load first my cart, then the truck, with enough tile for both bathrooms, the laundry, the kitchen, the dining room and a front hallway.  Whew... that turns out to be a bunch of tile, grout, etc.

The tile guys have started laying the ceramic today so more pics tomorrow if time permits.
