Anticipation

So much for anticipating an August showing.  The tenant needed a little longer to move and we then decided to do some work while it was vacant.  Sorry to be awol, it doesn't feel like 5 weeks since I last posted!

At this time I anticipate showing this property in early October.  The delays are entirely of my own making, too many irons in the fire but that's another story entirely.

Will continue to post here for availability, there is an outside chance of another 2/1 in October.

This is a two-bed home near 23rd and Independence.  It has a tile kitchen, vintage built-in cabinets, a darling mock fireplace, detached garage and fenced yard.  We are working on it right now and anticipate it being ready by next weekend.

Wow - was there ever a ton of  interest in this house.  It looks like is rented but we have a few others coming up.  Stay posted here for updates.

There is a large kitchen with gas stove, attached laundry and dining areas, and lots of space.  The picture is pretty dark, I will get a better one later today.

The large master bedroom has a double closet, and nice windows, we provide the mini-blinds.

Ceramic tile is being laid and grouted in the bath, otherwise this home is ready and will be shown on Sunday, July 21st from 2-4pm.

Vacancies Coming

It looks like we have a couple of vacancies coming up, one in the middle of July, one for August.  Both will be two beds, watch for details coming soon.

Summertime

Summer has arrived in full force here in Oklahoma City.  It was 84 degrees at 7:30 this morning.  Just a reminder to everyone that there are limits to what an air conditioner can do.  If it's 105 outside, you're not going to get 64 degrees in the house.  20-30 degrees cooler than the outside air is what they are designed for, you'll have better luck if you set it to a moderate temperature and don't let the house get too warm to start with.

Other than that update, still no vacancies at this time.  Looking at a possible 2-bed opening in mid July.
